Why the most of the Employee left their Jobs very quickly?
In current days most of the employees do not leave the organization just because of the salary issues, growth issues, workload in their organization, they leave the organization because of the inner politics and toxic work culture, felt by your senior useless, unvalued in the organization.
Just face so many issues in their current organization by their senior’s toxic behavior, unexpected demands by them. They couldn’t understand this, in this world there is no one who is perfect, everyone has some weakness or loop in their role profile.
There is no sense that if someone in your organization is an old employee in your organization, so they know everything about everything yes, they how to handle the situation but that no sense they will do everything by own self.
